I work with individuals and groups to help them to remove pain, improve posture and stimulate overall health. There is no gimmick, no payment plan and no facade. Mainly this work consists of Thai bodywork, yoga and yoga therapy with a strong dose of common sense.
Thai bodywork is like nothing you’ve experienced elsewhere in Austin, Texas. My ten years experience aids my designing your session to help you be well longer and not keep you coming in for things we put a bandaid on. My Thai massage can help you if you have back pain or poor posture.
Sessions are provided at my private home studio. I primarily work for clients in and around Austin, Pflugerville and Round Rock, Texas.
I charge a flat fee of $100/session. My sessions are typically 1.5 to 2 hours in length. This allows time to get to know you, your specific needs and not have you feel rushed due to time and pay considerations.
Out-calls to your home or office are available. I charge an additional $20 to come to you if the drive is under 30 minutes.
